Our objective is to bring clarity and a whole lot of common sense to the brand development process that enable our clients to deliver authentic experiences that enchant, engage and move their customers.

The team
Quentin Berryman
Creative Director, Founder
Singapore-based for the last 17 years, Quentin’s portfolio reveals a man of many talents.
As Design Director and Managing Partner at Batey Ads, he spent five years developing and supervising all design-related work for key accounts including Singapore Airlines, Singapore Tourism Board and Mercedes-Benz.
Quentin was also Creative Director at Enterprise IG (now Brand Union), one of the world’s leading Brand and Identity consultancies. His responsibilities included renaming, rebranding and establishing corporate identities for local and global accounts and working alongside their sister company, Ogilvy.
He was the Regional Creative Director with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where he produced marketing collateral for their Asia Pacific properties, and art directed numerous photo-shoots.
Quentin also developed brand identities for A*STAR and the Global Brand Forum before setting up Qube in 2003.
Kevin Kwan
Account Director
Kevin started his advertising career as an Account Executive with Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising in 1994, managing both local and international accounts. Since then, he has worked at various leading agencies, including Batey Ads, DDB Singapore, Young & Rubicam and Leo Burnett. Over the years, he has managed brands including Hewlett Packard, Sony International, Singapore Tourism Board, Citibank, Sony Ericsson, SingTel and SK2, giving him extensive experience in both local and regional roles.
Kevin possesses an intuitive understanding of client and market needs and prides himself on always being able to strike the perfect balance.
Kevin is a committed, dependable, efficient, self-motivated, independent, fun and outgoing individual. He is also adaptable and willing to explore new ideas. His keen eye for detail and meticulousness ensure work that is nothing short of excellent.
Adrian Tan
Brand Strategist
Adrian holds a B.Com in Marketing & Advertising from Curtin University, Australia and is accredited by the International Advertising Association, IAA.
He began his career as a Brand Consultant with Immortal Design. During his five-year tenure with the company, he successfully implemented branding and communications campaigns for both global and local brands. He counts BHG (Singapore), Diageo Asia Pacific, KOP Group, Tag Heur, YTL and Swire Pacific amongst his satisfied clients.
Adrian’s biggest triumph is with the launch of ONE°15, where he sent the Marina Club scene in Asia flocking to the exclusive venue nestled within Singapore’s Sentosa Cove waterfront. Other career highlights include branding campaigns for
Ku Dé Ta (Singapore), Pearl Continental Hotel (Pakistan), ION Orchard, Holiday Inn Maldives, Marina Bay Sands and Zendai Himalayas (Shanghai). With a passion for developing strategies and a drive to achieve the seemingly unattainable, Adrian is a key asset to any branding programme.
Aliah Hanim
Design Director
Having graduated with a first class honours degree from a renowned design university, Aliah embarked on her creative career at a leading strategic brand and identity counsel. She conceptualises, develops and oversees the strategic branding process for all clients to ensure that a solid foundation is laid down upon which to build durable, award winning brand names and design solutions.
Her notable contributions include crafting the brand image for corporate accounts including Goodrich, Longines, NEA, NUS, SATS and SMU. Her array of expertise is varied; from packaging and uniform design for an ice-cream parlour to compiling annual reports for major corporations; from designing vehicle exteriors for an aviation company to designing retail interiors for a fashion brand.
At Qube, she cherishes the opportunity to showcase her leadership talent as its Design Director and to impart her creative knowledge to fresh designers. Aliah is constantly open to new ideas, inspirations and people.
