We’re absolutely different than most other agencies you’ll work with.

Why? We’ve been clients and managed agencies, so we know how you think, we understand your concerns and priorities, and we know how to make your work easier. Most agencies can’t say that.

Our extensive corporate, industry and functional experience makes us a valuable extension of each of your team.

Understanding our clients’ company, industries, challenges, and how business goals and communications must blend seamlessly to achieve company goals is how we help you get from where you are to where you want to be.

Collectively, whatever it is your brand and your business needs – we have the solution.

Quentin Berryman

Founder, Creative Director

Appointed Design Head at The Royal Opera House, London in 1993 Quentin began producing above and below the line materials with experienced photographers including Lord Lichfield and Nick Knight. In addition to producing the new identity for The Royal Ballet, he acquired firm grounding for art direction and composition of dynamic images.

Quentin’s success soon led him to fill the role of Senior Designer at the Michael Peters Design Consultancy, one of the top design agencies in the UK, where he focused mainly on annual reports and became more intimate with the craft of corporate story telling.

Batey Ads quickly added Quentin’s talent to their team’s roster and brought him from London to Singapore where he ultimately became their Managing Partner. It was at Batey that Quentin built his Asia reputation in design and advertising working with clients like Singapore Airlines, The Fullerton Hotel, Mercedes-Benz, OCBC Bank, Raffles Hotel, SilkAir, Singapore Tourism Board, Singapore Turf Club, Sony, StarHub, Swatch Skin, Tag-Heuer, United Overseas Bank and Visa.

Following his time at Batey, Quentin joined Enterprise IG (now Brand Union) acquiring invaluable insights into the world of external and internal branding and realignment and developing brand identities for A*STAR and International Enterprise Singapore before setting up Qube in 2003.

When not found at the helm of Qube, Quentin is either volunteering as Sector Chief Marshal for Singapore F1 or capturing unique moments with his camera.
