The Observatory by Far East Organisation
The Observatory is an exclusive digital concierge to help stay in touch with their consumers and stakeholders for one of the largest private property developers in Singapore. The app is divided into 4 core service offerings and is intended to provide users unparalleled access to lifestyle, property, retail and hospitality news updates, special privileges such as wine appreciation and exclusive retail offers. The goal was to develop a product that would allow users to “check-in” and accrue points which they could then cash in for real, tangible rewards. The design objectives – to create a simple and intuitive interface that would seamlessly integrate live content, news, marketing demos, and provide offline & online support for investor and partner presentations.
